At Organic Basics DK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unwashed items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
